Callinex Engages Clarion Consulting as Advisory Firm

Callinex Mines Inc.

(the "Company" or "Callinex") (TSX-V: CNX; OTCQX: CLLXF) is pleased to

announce that it has entered into a financial advisory services agreement (the "Financial Advisory Agreement") with Clarion Consulting Sarl. Under

the terms of the Financial Advisory Agreement, Callinex has agreed to pay a monthly consulting fee of USD

$10,000

per month.

Clarion will assist Callinex in forming productive relationships with private investors, analysts, investment funds, brokers and other financial

institutions and interested parties. Carlo Civelli, who controls Clarion, owns, directly and indirectly, 4,750,000 common shares of Callinex.

Clarion is based in

Monaco

and provides financial advisory and consulting services.

The Financial Advisory Agreement, which is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, is for a period of 3 months. Callinex may

terminate the Financial Advisory Agreement on providing 10 days written notice to the other party.
