Vancouver, B.C. – December 05, 2025. – Volatus Capital Corp. (CSE: VC) (the “Company” or “Volatus”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Helmel as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately. The Company has accepted the resignation of Ms. Natasha Tsai as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Helmel is an Independent Management Consultant with specific expertise working with early-stage venture companies within the Canadian Capital Markets.
