AINTREE RESOURCES INC. NOT PROCEDDING WITH THE LETTER AGREEMENT

Vancouver, BC (April 11, 2013) - Aintree Resources Inc. (NEX: AIN.H) (“the Company”) announces that it has determined to not proceed with the letter agreement with Columbia Star Resources Corp and concurrent private placement as initial announced on March 26, 2013.

The Company will continue to actively identify and evaluate alternative opportunities for the purpose of completing its qualifying transaction.
