US Copper Corp. Announces Warrant Extension

TORONTO, CANADA, February 5, 2024 – US Copper Corp. (“US Copper” or the “Company”)

(TSX Venture: USCU) (OTCQB: USCUF) (Frankfurt: C730) has decided to extend the expiry

date of 5,000,000 share purchase warrants (“ Warrants”) which allow holders to purchase up to

5,000,000 common shares in the authorized share capital of the Company at an exercise price of

$0.25 per share, from February 19, 2024 to February 19, 2025. All other terms of the Warrants

will remain unchanged. The extension of the expiry date of the aforementioned Warrants by nine

months is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

US Copper controls approximately 13 square miles of patented an d unpatented federal mining

claims in the Light’s Creek Copper District in Plumas County, NE California; essentially, the entire

District. The District contains substantial copper (silver) su lfide and copper oxide resources in

three deposits – Moonlight, Superior and Engels, as well as sev eral partially tested and untested

exploration targets.

The Superior and Engels Mines operated from about 1915-1930 pro ducing over 161 million

pounds of copper from over 4 million tons of rock containing 2. 2% copper with silver and gold
