US Copper Corp. Announces Warrant Extension

TORONTO, CANADA, November 14, 2023 – US Copper Corp. (“ US Copper ” or the

“Company”) (TSX Venture: USCU) (OTCQB: USCUF) (Frankfurt: C730) has decided to extend

the expiry date of 26,400,000 share purchase warrants (“ Warrants”) which allow holders to

purchase up to 26,400,000 common shar es in the authorized share capital of the Company at an

exercise price of $0.10 per share, from November 19, 2023 to Ma y 20, 2024. All other terms of

the Warrants will remain unchanged. The extension of the expiry date of the aforementioned

Warrants by nine months is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

US Copper controls approximately 13 square miles of patented an d unpatented federal mining

claims in the Light’s Creek Copper District in Plumas County, NE California; essentially, the entire

District. The District contains substantial copper (silver) su lfide and copper oxide resources in

exploration targets.

The Superior and Engels Mines operated from about 1915-1930 pro ducing over 161 million
