Crown Mining Proposes $500,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement
CROWN MINING PROPOSES $500,000 NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
TORONTO, CANADA, January 6, 2021 – Crown Mining Corporation (“ Crown” or the
“Company”) (TSX Venture: CWM) announces a proposed non-brokered private placement for
aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000 comprised of up to 5 ,000,000 units at a price of
$0.10 per unit (each such unit being comprised of one common sh are and one-half of one
warrant) (the " Offering"). Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common
share for $0.15 at any time with in 2 years after closing subjec t to an acceleration clause. All
securities issued pursuant to thi s private placement will be su bject to a four (4) month hold
period. Completion of the Offeri ng is subject to receipt of al l required regulatory and TSX
Venture Exchange approvals.
The Company has designed a drill program to test its high prior ity targets as outlined in its
August 11, 2020 press release and intends to use the proceeds o f the Private Placement towards
completing this drill program in the first half of 2021 and for general working capital purposes.
