Ur‐Energy Announces Dates for Filing of 2018 Results and
for Webcast and Teleconference
Littleton, Colorado (PR Newswire – February 13, 2019) Ur‐Energy Inc. (NYSE American:URG)(TSX:URE)
(the “Company” or “Ur‐Energy”) w ill file its Annual Report on F orm 10‐K after market‐close on Friday,
March 1, 2019. The Company will then host a webcast and teleconference, Thursday, March 7, 2019.
At our upcoming webcast and tele conference, we will discuss 201 8 results and our production
operations. We will also provide an update on the Section 232 trade action and the state of the uranium
industry. The webcast and teleconference will be held Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. MT / 11:00
a.m. ET.
