the 2017 drill program have been partially received and interpr etation in underway. Diamond

drill testing of a newly identified target area in the southwes t o f t h e p r o p e r t y i s p l a n n e d f o r

More Creek

Tower completed a two-week field program on the More Creek prop erty in August of 2017.

Work completed included geological mapping, prospecting and pro perty-wide geochemical silt

and soil sampling. Key areas of structure and alteration were e valuated, and interpretations of

the project geology and property prospectivity are ongoing. Fie ldwork on the property in 2018

will be completed in combination with planned exploration progr ams on the nearby Voightberg

property.

Voigtberg

Tower plans to systematically explore the Voigtberg property in 2018, with detailed geological

and geochemical work and drill-target definition within the ext ensive surface alteration and

mineralization exposed on the property. Poorly explored areas o f cover below treeline on the

property will also be investigated with detailed prospecting and geochemical sampling.

Funding

W i t h a p p r o x i m a t e l y $ 2 . 5 m i l l i o n i n c a s h o n h a n d , T o w e r i s f u l l y financed to carry out 2018

e x p l o r a t i o n p r o g r a m s a t R a b b i t , N e c h a k o G o l d a n d i n t h e G o l d e n Triangle. During 2017 the

Company spent a combined total of approximately $1.1 million on exploration.

Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Rich ard Wyman as non-executive

chairman of the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Wyman ha s served as a member of the

board since October of 2010 provid ing financial and capital mar kets expertise as well as serving

as a member of the Audit Committee.
