T2 METALS ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGE

Vancouver, British Columbia – February 2 2026 : T2 Metals Corp. (“T2 Metals” or the “Company”)

(TSX-V: TWO) (OTCQB: TWOSF) (WKN: A3DVMD) announces that Ms. Amanda Dahl has resigned as a Non-

Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

The Board of Directors and Management wish to thank Ms. Dahl for her contributions and service to T2 Metals

during her tenure and wish her the very best in her future endeavors.
