Aguila Announces Closing of $260,000 Financing
July 9, 2014 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Aguila American Gold Limited (“Aguila”) or (the “Company”) – (TSX-V: AGL) is pleased to announce the closing of its non-brokered private placement financing announced on June 27, 2014, at an increased amount of $260,000 total gross proceeds.
The Company issued 4,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit (a “$0.05 Unit”). Each $0.05 Unit comprised one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share for 18 months from closing date, at a price of $0.05 per share during the first 6 months and $0.10 per share during the remaining 12 months.
The Company also issued 800,000 units at $0.075 per unit (a “$0.075 Unit”). Each $0.075 Unit comprised one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share for 18 months from closing date, at a price of $0.10 per share.
All of the above securities are subject to a four month hold period expiring November 9, 2014. Proceeds of the private placement will be used to fund tenure holding costs on the Company’s mineral properties, develop opportunities arising from community agreements and for general working capital.
