AGUILA AMERICAN GOLD LISTS ON OTCQB® VENTURE MARKET

Vancouver, British Columbia – December 16, 2020: Aguila American Gold Limited (“Aguila” or

the “Company”) (TSX-V: AGL) (WKN: A2DR6E) is pleased to announce that its shares, previously quoted

on the OTC Pink Open Market, will start trading today on the OTCQB® Venture Market in the United States,

under the ticker symbol “AGLAF”. Aguila's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange

under the symbol AGL.

Mark Saxon, CEO and President of Aguila said: "We anticipate that the move from the Pink Sheets to

the OTCQB Venture Market will help facilitate U.S. interest in our company , aligning well with our U.S. gold

exploration investments. We look forward to expanding our reach into the U.S. capital markets and welcoming

Aguila is exploring the WUSA Gold Project in Oregon, with a first drilling program just completed. WUSA is a

district-scale project, highly prospective for high and low sulphidation epithermal gold system s. The site lies

adjacent to a 19th century gold rush area where placer mining is being actively undertaken.
