"Notice"
) in respect of the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the
"Meeting"
) to
be held

, 2023. Subsequent to such filing and mailing, TVI identified an error in the Notice.
The Notice did not include in the matters to be considered by shareholders at the Meeting that such
business will include the election of directors of the Company for the ensuing year.
The corrected Notice has been filed and is available under TVI's profile on SEDAR together with the
management information circular and proxy form previously filed on
