with J.A. Green

(OTCQB:DEMRF) (FSE:RK9) (“American Tungsten ” or the “ Company”) is pleased to
announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement (“Agreement”) with J.A. Green
& Co. (“J.A. Green”), a full-service, bipartisan government relations firm based in Washington,
D.C.
The partnership represents an important milestone in American Tungsten executing its mission to
onshore domestic tungsten capabilities in the Unite d States and form strate gic partnerships with
agencies within the U.S. Federal Government and the U.S. defense sector. The Company’s
partnership with J.A. Green will aim to better align the Company with the current government
administration’s agenda and defense industry policies.
J. A. Green & Co. is a leading defense lobbying firm in Washington D.C. that has been recognized
by Bloomberg and The Hill for exceptional service. The firm has been helping businesses navigate
the complexities of gov ernment since 2007. Mr. Gr een, founder of J.A. Gr een, is a retired Air
Force Colonel and former counsel for the H ouse Armed Services Committee. The firm’s
experienced team provides companies with substantive, policy-based legislative counsel, business
development, public relations, and strategic planning serv ices to facilitate effective engagement
with the federal government.

involved in the acquisition and e xploration of magnetite mineral properties. The Company's Star
Project consists of five contiguous mineral t itles covering an area of approximately 4,615.75
hectares located in the Skeena Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada. The Company has
entered into an option agreement pursuant to which it is entitled to earn an undivided 100% interest
in the Star Project. American Tungsten has also entered into an option agreement, pursuant to
which it can acquire a 100% interest (subject to a 2% royalty) in and to the IMA Mine Project, a
past producing underground tungsten mine situated on 21 patented claims located in East Central,
Idaho, United States. In addition, the Company has acquired surrounding mining rights at its IMA
Mine Project through the staking of 113 WMO federal lode mini ng claims covering an area of
1,988.6 acres (804.75ha).
