ARCTIC HUNTER GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, B.C. - Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. (TSX -V: AHU) ( the “Company”) wishes to announce
that, subject to regulatory acceptance, it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers
and consultants of the Company to pur chase up to an aggr egate of 1,440,000 common shares of the
Company at a price of $0.10 per share exercisable until May 14, 2023.

The Company is a current Canadian Oil & Gas producer, exploration and mining resource
development Company that is focused on developing its’ production capabilities, obtaining
