ARCTIC HUNTER ANNOUNCES PROPOSED WARRANT EXTENSION

VANCOUVER, B.C. - Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. (TSX-V: AHU) (“Arctic Hunter” or the “ Company”)

announces that it proposes to make an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry dates of

5,585,000 outstanding share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) by three years. The Company proposes to extend

the expiry dates of the Warrants as follows: April 28, 2022 as to 5,005,000 Warrants and May 19, 2022 as to

580,000 Warrants.

The Warrants were originally issued pursuant to a unit private placement that was completed in tranches on April

28, 2017 and May 19, 2017. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the

Company at a price of $0.15 per share. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.

The extension of the Warrants remains subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
