Talisker to Accelerate Ore Purchase Agreement

with Ocean Partners for up to 1,500 tpd

Toronto, Ontario, November 10, 2025 – Talisker Resources Ltd. (“Talisker” or the “Company”) (TSX: TSK,

OTCQX: TSKFF) is pleased to announce that further to its press release of October 30, 2025 announcing

the signing of binding terms for an Ore Purchase Agreement with Ocean Partners UK Ltd ( “Ocean

Partners”) for up to 1,500 tonnes per day (tpd) and a US$25 million revolving credit facility (the

“Agreements”), the Company has confirmed with Ocean Partners that it will begin shipping gold bearing

material in January 2026. Talisker and Ocean Partners are progressing the finalization of the definitive

Agreements.

Terry Harbort, President and CEO of Talisker commented: “The decision to accelerate the transition to

Ocean Partners is in line with Talisker’s planned increase of its production rate for 2026. We look forward

to finalizing the Agreements with Ocean Partner that is planned to increase our milling capacity to up to

1,500 tpd. A 60-day notice of termination of the milling agreement with Nicola Mining Inc. has occurred.”

Subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent, the Company anticipates entering into the

Agreements before the end of January 2026.
