Talisker Finalises Ore Purchase Agreement

with Ocean Partners

Toronto, Ontario, January 20, 2026 – Talisker Resources Ltd. (“ Talisker” or the “ Company”) (TSX: TSK,

OTCQB: TSKFF) is pleased to announce the signing of the definitive Ore Purchase Agreement with Ocean

Partners UK Ltd ( “Ocean Partners”) as described in the Company’s prior news releases of October 30,

2025 and November 10, 2025. A further announcement on the signing of the definitive agreement for

the US$25 million revolving credit facility will occur when finalized.

Terry Harbort, President and CEO of Talisker commented, “We are pleased to have successfully completed

the changeover to our new milling partner and expect to begin transporting material destined for their

facility by the end of this week. I congratulate our operations team on the rapid and efficient finalisation

of crushing and transportation logistics, ensuring the transition was smooth and in sync with scheduled
