TORONTO, March 5, 2020 /CNW/ - Talisker Resources Ltd.

("Talisker" or the "Company") (CSE:TSK | OTCQB:TSKFF) is pleased

to announce that the Company has applied to list its common shares

on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX").

Listing is subject to the approval of the TSX in accordance with its

original listing requirements. The TSX has not conditionally approved

the Company's listing application and there is no assurance that the

TSX will approve the listing application.

Talisker continues to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange

under the symbol "TSK".
