TriStar Gold Inc. (the “Company”) announces that further to its news release dated May 25, 2018, the
TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension to August 8, 2018 for filing final documentation in respect
of the Company’s previously announced private placement.
The net proceeds from the private placement are intended to be used for advancing the Castelo de Sonhos
project, working capital and general corporate purposes.
