TRES-OR CLOSES FINAL TRANCHE OF FINANCING

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. (“Tres-Or”) (TSX-V: TRS) announces that, further to its earlier news releases, it has closed off its previously announced private placement, having raised $156,500. The securities issued in connection with the final tranche of $10,000 are subject to a four month hold period expiring August 21, 2016.
