Taranis Submits Mine Plan for Thor
Estes Park , Colorado, July 22, 201 9 – Taranis Resources Inc. (“Taranis” or the “Company )
[TSX.V: TRO, OTCQB: TNREF] is pleased to release an update on the progress of Phase 2 mine
permitting activity for its 100% owned Thor project.
Taranis has submitted its application for Mines Act and Environmental Management Act Permits
for the Thor 10,000 tonne bulk sample program. Major application sections include:
Project overview including mineral Resources and stockpile processing tonnages
and grades
Environmental baseline information including water chemistry, soil chemistry and
environmental characteristics of ore types
Detailed metallurgical studies, characteristics of the deposit
Hydrology, hydrometrics, water basin analysis and climatology
Wildlife habitat studies and mitigation plans, including mountain caribou
Mine plan: processing, site layout and equipment
Mine operating management plan, including environmental management plans
Discharge and environmental monitoring requirements
Reclamation planning
The application will now be screened by Ministry representatives for completeness. John
Gardiner, CEO, states “This application encompasses 13 years of data collected at Thor, from
initial exploration drilling, the gold pilot plant, through into mine development. Thor is a high -
grade, near-surface Resource on the cusp of becoming a producing mine, and Taranis
shareholders own it 100%”.
