Taranis Resources Inc. announces Debt Settlements and Provides Additional
Information on Four Important Exploration Targets Peripheral to the Core
Mineral Resource
Estes Park, Colorado, June 9, 2026 – Taranis Resources Inc. (“Taranis” ) [TSX.V: TRO,
OTCQB: TNREF] announces that it has negotiated debt settlement agreements with a non-arm’s
length creditor and a trade creditor pursuant to which indebtedness totalling $197,543.66 in respect
of certain outstanding principal and interest loan obligations and in respect of an outstanding trade
payables is to be satisfied by the issuance of 1,316,958 common shares at a deemed price of $0.15
per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
In addition, Taranis has produced four videos that can be found online at Drill Targets - Thor
Project - YouTube. These videos provide an overview of Taranis’ unique approach to exploration,
moving outwards from the well-defined core Mineral Resource. They also show how Taranis uses
3D geophysical and geochemical processing to map the subsurface in mature exploration terrains.
