Estes Park, Colorado, December 20, 2019 – Taranis Resources Inc. (“Taranis”) [TSX.V: TRO]
announces debt settlement agreements with various creditors pursuant to which $150,035.03 of
indebtedness is to be satisf ied by the issuance of 2,143,358 common shares at a deemed price of
$0.07 per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
