Taranis Appoints Environmental Permitting Coordinator
Estes Park, Colorado, April 16, 2018 – Taranis Resources Inc. (“Taranis” or the “Company”)
[TSX.V: TRO] is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Gardiner to the position of
Environmental Permitting Coordinator for its Thor Project in southeastern British Columbia.
Mr. Gardiner has been actively involved in managing environmental oversight activities at Thor,
most recently overseeing the Company’s baseline water monitoring efforts and development of
the Joint Mining and Environmental Application for the 10,000 tonne dense media s eparation
plant at Thor. Mr. Gardiner earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of
Denver and has regulatory compliance experience with Wells Fargo & Company.

In conjunction with this appointment, the Company has granted an incentive stock option to Mr.
Gardiner, entitling him to purchase up to a total of 300,000 shares at a price of $0. 11 per share
for a period of five years.
