Traction Uranium Announces Marketing Campaign

Vancouver BC – Traction Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Traction”) (CSE: TRAC) (OTC: TRT) (FRA: Z1K),

a mineral exploration issuer focusing on the development of discovery prospects in Canada, including its

two flagship uranium projects in the world-renowned Athabasca Region, announces an agreement with MIC

Market Information & Content Publishing GmbH (“ MIC”) (A ddress: Gerhart -Hauptmann-St. 49b 51379

Leverkusen; email: [email protected]; phone: +49 2171-7766628) for marketing services of up to

three months, commencing in January, 2022.

MIC will utilize their online programs with the aim of generating a greater following, increasing investor

awareness and attracting potential new investors through various online platforms and methods of

engagement in consideration of EUR 300,000. The promotional activity will occur by email, Facebook, and

Google. MIC does not have any prior relationship with the Company.

In addition, the Company has also engaged Financial Star News Inc. (“FSN”) (address: 701 West Georgia

Street, Suite 1500, Vancouver, V7Y 1C6; email: [email protected]) for marketing services of up to

two months, commencing in February 2022.

FSN will, as appropriate, create campaigns, ad groups, text ads, display ads and perform detailed keyword

research, setup and manage remarketing campaigns, optimize keyword options, coordinate online advertiser

and marketers, create landing pages for ad campaigns and bring attention to the business of the Company

in consideration of USD $400,000 (plus applicable taxes). The promotional activity will occur on

theFinancialStar.com, by email, Facebook, a newsletter and Google. FSN does not have any prior

relationship with the Company aside from its previous engagement with the Company.
