TINONE ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING OF UNITS
FOR GROSS PROCEEDS OF $500,000
Vancouver, British Columbia (March 13, 2024) – TinOne Resources Inc. (TSX.V: TORC) (OTCQB: TORCF)
(Frankfurt: 57Z0) (“TinOne” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement
financing of up to 3,333,333 units of the Company (the “ Units”) at a price of C$0.1 5 per Unit for gross
proceeds of up to C$ 500,000 (the “ Financing”). Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the
Company and one whole common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) of the Company. Each Warrant
will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.2 0 for
a period of 18 months following the closing date of the Financing.
In connection with the Financing, the Company may pay finder’s fees to eligible finders. Closing of the
Financing is subject to receipt of all necessary approvals, including that of the Board of Directors and the
TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Financing will be subject to a statutory
hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities
legislation in Canada.
Proceeds from the Financing will be used for further exploration work and working capital purposes.
