TINONE ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGE

Vancouver, British Columbia (May 31, 2024) – TinOne Resources Inc. (TSX.V: TORC) (OTCQB: TORCF)

(Frankfurt: 57Z0) ("TinOne" or the "Company") announces that Ms. Karlene Collier has resigned as a

Director, effective May 31, 2024. Ms. Collier, was instrumental with the early formation of the Company

and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors."
