LAMASKA CAPITAL COMPLETES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

November 1, 2021 - Lamaska Capital Corp (TSX-V:LCC.P) (“Lamaska” or the “Company”) is

pleased to announce that it has completed the non-brokered private placement (the “Private

Placement”) for gross proceeds of $5,520,550, consisting of 22,082,200 common shares at a

purchase price of $0.25 per share. This Private Placement was previously announced on July

22, 2021 and is in connection with the closing of the transaction with TinOne Resources Corp.

Please see news releases dated November 12, 2021 and December 14, 2020 for further details

on the transaction.

The Company paid finders’ fees in respect of the Private Placement totaling $198,528 in cash

and 791,592 finders’ warrants each exercisable into one Company share with a 24-month term

and an exercise price of $0.25 per share.

The securities issued under the Private Placement are subject to a four month plus 1 day hold

period from the date hereof.
