Triple One Metals Terminates Portsmouth Acquisition

September 20, 2024 – Triple One Metals Inc. (“Triple One”) (CSE: TONE) has cancelled the acquisition of the Bank
Vault and Nickel Showing Property from Portsmouth Gold Corp. The agreement has been terminated due to market
conditions. Portsmouth and Triple One will continue to work on other projects and provide an update shortly.
