1111 EXPLORATION CORP. REPORTS AGM RESULTS

VANCOUVER, B.C. - October 20, 2022 - 1111 Exploration Corp. (ELVN - CSE) is pleased to

announce the results of its Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, October 20, 2022. All resolutions

put to the shareholders were unanimously approved along with Messrs. Robert Cameron, Michael

Sweatman and Scott Young being re-elected to the Board of Directors. Votes cast totaled 3,977,000 of

the 15,528,633 (25.61%) of the issued and outstanding shares.
