TEMAS RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES LISTING ON CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE,

TRADING TO COMMENCE

May 19, 2020 – Temas Resources Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has obtained a receipt

for its final prospectus filed with the securities regulatory authorities in the Provinces of British Columbia,

Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia (the "Prospectus"). The Company has also filed its listing statement (the

“Listing Statement”) supporting its listing application with the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE"). The

Company’s common shares will begin trading on the CSE on May 19, 2020, under the stock symbol
