TINKA UNAWARE OF ANY MATERIAL CHANGE
Vancouver, Canada – Tinka Resources Limited (“Tinka” or the “ Company”) (TSXV: TK) (OTCPK:
TKRFF) confirms, at the request of IIROC, that the Company’s managem ent is unaware of any material
change in the Company’s operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.
