Vancouver, British Columbia: January 24, 2017. Northern Freegold Resources Ltd. (TSX -V: NFR) (the
“Company”) announce s that it has change d its name to "Triumph Gold Corp". Effective at market
opening on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, the Company’s common shares will commence trading under
its new name and ticker symbol “TIG” on the TSX Venture Exchange stock market.
