TRUE NORTH GEMS INC ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Vancouver – May 06, 2024 – True North Gems Inc. (TSXV: TGX, or the "Company") has released

the results of its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Friday, May 3 , 2024. All resolutions

presented to the shareholders were approved with over 99 per cent of votes cast being in

favour of each resolution.

"I'd like to welcome our newly elected directors," commented Owen King, True North's chief

executive officer. " I look forward to their contributions to the growth of the Company in the

ensuing year. "

As a result of the approved resolutions:

• Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP were re-appointed as auditor of the

Company.

• Four directors were elected: Owen King, George Mendez, Jordan Calvert and M. Bilal Bhamji.

• The Company's 10% rolling stock option plan was re-approved.
