True North Gems Appoints Owen King to Board

Vancouver – Deember 2, 2021 – True North Gems Inc. (TGX: TSX-V) (“True North” “TGX” or the “Company”) reports

that Mr. Ken Ralfs has retired as a director and officer of the Company. Mr. Owen King has been appointed to its’ Board

of Directors to fill the vacancy, and has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer .

Mr. King has over 24 years of experience in the financial markets and management consulting fields. He was previously

employed at national securities investment dealer as an investment adviser.
