True North Gems Announces Warrant Amendment

Vancouver – November 8, 2021 – True North Gems Inc. (TGX: TSX- V) (“True North” “TGX” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that it is seeking TSX Venture Exchange approval to extend the term of

10,000,0000 warrants with an exercise price of $0.10 issued in connection with a priva te unit placment that

closed February 21, 2019. The original expiry date of the warrants was February 21, 2022 and the extension

date of expiry being applied for is February 21, 2024.
