True North Gems Announces A.G.M. Results

Vancouver – January 21, 2019 – True North Gems (TSX-V: TGX) ("True North" or the "Company") is pleased to

announce voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today in Vancouver, BC.

A total of 7,186,037 million common shares, representing approximately 20.09 % of the Company's issued and

outstanding common shares were voted at the meeting. True North shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor

of all items of business, including the election of each director nominee as follows:

Glen Macdonald - 99.26%

Andrew Lee Smith - 99.00%

Ken Ralfs - 99.24%

True North shareholders voted 99.50% in favor of the re-appointment PricewaterhouseCooper LLP as auditors

for the ensuing year; 98.17% in favor of the Rolling Stock Option Plan; 99.26% in favour of the Continuation into

British Columbia; and, 97.24% in favor of the Share Consolidation.
