Vancouver – March 26, 2020 – True North Gems (TSX-V: TGX) ("True North" or the "Company") is

pleased to announce the appointing of Ken Ralfs as the Company’s new President and Director ,

effective March 25, 2020. Mr. Ralfs is a businessman based in Victoria, BC.

The Company also wishes to announce that Andrew Lee Smith has stepped down as Interm C.E.O.

and Director in order to pursue other activities. The Company thanks Mr. Smith and wishes him well.
