TGX Appoints New Director and Chief Executive Officer
Vancouver, BC – May 6, 2026 –TGX Energy & Resources Inc. (TSXV: TGX, the "Company”) is pleased
to announce the appointment of Sebastian Lowes to its Board of Directors as an additional member
and further that Mr. Lowes has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding M. Bilal Bhamji.
Mr. Lowes is a corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience in Canadian capital
markets, with a particular focus on the mining and natural resources sector. He has advised on a
wide range of complex transactions, including a $555.5 million ini tial public offering and multiple
business combinations involving publicly listed issuers. Mr. Lowes’ background in structuring and
executing capital markets transactions is expected to support the Company’s strategic growth
initiatives.
