Mr. Owen King has retired as a director and officer of the Company , effective June 29, 2024 . Subject to Exchange

approval, Mr. V olodymyr Bondarenko, a businessman residing in North Vancouver, British Columbia, has been appointed

to fill the vacancy arising from Mr. Kings resignation. Mr. M. Bilal Bhamji, a director of the Company, has been appointed

as Chief Executive Officer.
