that is ha s filed its amended and restated financial statements and corresponding management,

discussion and analysis for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018 and its amended and

restated condensed interim financial statements and corresponding management, disc ussion and

analysis for the three month period ended March 31, 2020. Both filings are available under the

In addition, the Company reports that Mr. Andrew Smith has joined the board to fill the vacancy

resulting from the resignation of Zygmunt Riddle, as a director on Friday June 12, 2020.
