White Metal Clarifies Terms of Previously Announced
Flow-Through Private Placement
Thunder Bay, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 11, 2017) -
White Metal Resources Corp. (TSXV:
WHM)
("White Metal" or
the "Company") would like to clarify the terms of the previously announced non-brokered private placement of flow-through units
("FT Units") to raise gross proceeds of $115,000 released earlier today.
Each FT Unit will include one (1) full Common Share Purchase Warrant exercisable at $0.10 for 24 months from the date of
issuance as opposed to one-half (0.5) Common Share Purchase Warrant that was reported earlier in error.
All other terms of the
financing remain the same.
The proposed financing and associated terms are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
