STOCK OPTION GRANT

The Company announces the grant under its 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan, which Plan was approved by shareholders on October 7, 2010 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on November 2, 2010, of options to certain eligible participants entitling them to purchase a total of 3,865,000 common shares, exercisable on or before May 17, 2014, at a price of $0.10 per share.
