TCO NEWS RELEASE-VANCOUVER, B.C., August 24, 2022 – Transatlantic Mining Corp. (the “Company”) (TCO:TSX.V)
is pleased to announce further to its works at the Miller Mine Gold Operation that the Portal has now been opened up so as to newly
access underground with modern mining and drilling equipment.. The Miller Gold Mine Project is located in the Broadwater County
in the State of Montana, USA. These claims are approximately 29 miles to the North east of Townsend in Montana USA with gold
mineralization that has been verified on the old levels of the mine . Some recent additional sampling in the last development face
has identified ,and indicated that continued gold mineralization exists since mining was last completed in the 1940s to 1960s.
In addition, at the Company’s other Golden Jubilee Gold Project , a 50 line and 50 metre spaced Geophysical Land Survey is in
progress. This survey is undertaking IP (Induced Polarisation ) and resistivity data collection up to 10,000 line metres in total. The
aim of this survey is to define and target new and extensions of current geological -mineralized features.

Key components of the Activity:
Transatlantic has now excavated and reopened the Miller Mine Lower Portal which was previously only accessible by a manhole.
This new works and excavation, will now allow access with modern mining and drilling equipment. The Lower Level is in
progress to be dewatered and will allow safe access to the main drive and the ability to rehabilitate further for a safe diamond drill
platform in the first instance.

About the Miller Mine and Claim Group:
Transatlantic now has access to the Upper Levels of the mine where it is currently safe to do so. The Miller Mine is situated
amongst patented and unpatented claims at an elevation of 1920 m (6,400 feet) and accessible by roads 50 miles from Helena,
Montana USA.
The gold and silver mineralization generally occurs on the contacts of sediments and intrusives with native gold and sulphides
including pyrite often observed amongst the 4 known adits already located on the property.
On dewatering the mine recently , the last face that was mined and sampled indicated that gold mineralization continued with a
grade of 33.3 g/t Au over 1.0 m true width (Table 1) in a dark grey quartz vein.
“The current opening and excavation of the Portal entrance now allows for modern drilling equipment to drill the gold
mineralization observed down dip . Planning is in progress following new assays and geologic mapping to best target high grade
mineralization. We look forward to additional diamond drilling in the oncoming months.” commented Bernie Sostak CEO of

(*)The new rock chip sample from the Lower Level were crushed and pulverised with analysis for gold and silver at the
Christofferson Laboratory, Smelterville, Idaho USA. The laboratory is an independent assay and umpire laboratory follows
industry technique on crushing the sample and pulverised with a 30 gram fire assay charge to assay with a gravimetric finish
and observed in the laboratory report . ( Note : Table 1)
