Transatlantic Mining Corp. Receives Drill Permit for Miller Mine Diamond Drilling Program
TCO NEWS RELEASE-VANCOUVER, B.C., November 4, 2024 – Transatlantic Mining Corp. (the “Company”) (TCO:TSX.V)
is pleased to announce it has received a drill permit for a drilling program at the Miller Mine, located in Broadwater County,
Montana, USA. This permit paves the way for the company to initiate a maiden surface drill program targeting gold mineralization
below the existing mine workings, last active in the 1940’s .
The Phase 1 drill program will focus on testing extensions of known mineralized structures and a newly identified geophysical
anomaly. Up to 2,000 meters of drilling is planned to explore down dip and along strike of gold -bearing quartz veins historically
mined at the site. The program aims to test high-grade gold mineralization that has been previously accessed vertically greater than
200 metres consistently above the lowest mine level.

Up to 2,000 meters of drilling planned in Phase 1.
Drilling will target mineralization below the previous mine workings which correlates with a geophysical anomaly identified in
surveys.
The Miller Mine has had previous high-grade gold production, with some sample grades exceeding 15 g/t Au from sampling
programs in the mine .

About the Miller Mine and Claim Group:
Transatlantic has recently had access to the Upper and Lower Level of the mine. The Miller Mine is situated amongst patented
and unpatented claims at an elevation of 1920 m (6,400 feet) and accessible by roads 50 miles from Helena, Montana USA.
The gold and silver mineralization generally occurs on the contact of sediments and igneous intrusives with native gold and
sulphides ,including pyrite often observed amongst the 4 known adits located on the property.
The Miller Mine is part of Transatlantic Mining’s portfolio of precious and base metal projects in stable mining jurisdiction s. The
project has historically produced gold from quartz veins and stockwork structures, with mining operations dating back to the early
20th century. The current exploration is focused on defining additional high -grade gold mineralisation to support future
development.
