Drilling Results at the Golden Jubilee Project of 10.7 m at 9.9 g/t Au
TCO NEWS RELEASE-VANCOUVER, B.C March 14 2022 – Transatlantic Mining Corp. (the “Company”) (TCO:TSX.V) is
pleased to announce initial drill results for the first phase of drilling at the Golden Jubilee Mine and associated claims in Granite
County, Montana USA. The drilling confirms that the structure continues with new and recent results recorded down dip and
along strike from the existing drillholes and mine development completed in 2014 .
Highlights
Recent Drill Results
• Drillhole # 1610 - 10.7 metres at 9.9 g/t Au ( 7.0 m true width)
Including 3.7 metres at 18.46 g/t Au
• Drillhole # 1613 - 4.3 metres at 5.19 g/t Au ( 4.0 m true width )
• Drillhole # 2101- 3.7 metres at 5.05 g/t Au ( 3.5 m true width )
Including 1.0 metre at 11.3 g/t Au
The following long section ( Figure 1 ) highlights the new intersections in concert with the existing mining and processing
information undertaken at the Golden Jubilee Project.

Drilling
The Company has in part completed its first drilling campaign into the Golden Jubilee deposit and is reporting five recent assay
results ( Table 1* ). The Company is fully funded to complete this program and to also undertake follow up drill programs in the
spring and summer of 2022. The mineralization has been intersected down dip and along strike from previous intersections and
the drill results provide sufficient encouragement to engage in further drilling. Exploration Permits have already been received and
an addendum that will allow further holes to be drilled has been lodged. The gold mineralization intersected by the diamond
drilling is within an iron rich replacement and sulphides zone and shear; along with associated quartz. Some characteristics of the
mineralization include:-
• The drilling intersections are shallow between 30 and 80 metres from surface.
• The contacts to the mineralization are in competent marbleised limestones.
• There is now evidence for multiple parallel mineralized structures.
“We have now confirmed that drilling the target geology and extension of the known mineralization exists within our first phase of
activity. This supports and underpin deeper and longer extensions to the high grade mineralization observed at the Golden
Jubilee to date. This information with existing high grade production and processing information will support and develop our

About Golden Jubilee
The 22 Golden Jubilee claims (Figure 2 ) are situated in Granite County, Montana USA and ha ve had a number of previous
owners. There has been only limited exploration and mining on the regional Red Lion (vein) Line, which is known to continue
over a regional strike of 7 km in length. The Golden Jubilee M ine is located in mountainous country at an elevation of
approximately 2,350 m.

Historical Production
Although some mining occurred prior to 2000 there are few productions records in existence . Table 1 contains the results from a
bulk sample taken in 2000 and the more recent 10,000 t parcel mined over a five month period in 2014.

Historical Drilling
Previous exploration drilling has included 37 holes drilled prior to 2013 where the gold minerali sation and vein had been observed
to be approximately 2.5 m wide with a n 80-degree dip. Enrichments and wider min eralisation widths have been observed on
geological cross structures striking at an obtuse angle to the Red Lion vein trend.

responsible for having reviewed and approved, the technical information contained in this news release. Mr Awan

(*)The new diamond drill HQ core samples were crushed in whole to plus 70 % passing 2 mm and then split and
pulverised with analysis for gold and silver at the Christofferson Laboratory, Smelterville, Idaho USA. The
Laboratory is an independent assay and umpire laboratory that follows industry techniques with blanks and
standards inserted on batches of 25 with the sample being pulverised and analysed with a 30 gram fire assay
charge with a gravimetric finish. True widths were estimated based on the dip cross section width of the
mineralisation at 1.0 g/t Au cutoff ( Table 2). Table 3 are historical holes drilled and assayed
