Gungnir Receives $1,000,000 Cash Payment

Surrey, BC – November 1, 2019 - Gungnir Resources Inc. (GUG: TSX-V, ASWRF: OTCPK) (“Gungnir” or the

“Company”) is pleased to report that the Company ha s received the final $1,000,000 cash payment

related to the sale of the Company’s remaining interest in the Kenville Gold Mine property (“Kenville”) in

BC, Canada.

Gungnir will use the funds to continue exploration work in Sweden and for general corporate and

working capital purposes.
