Bluerock Ventures Corp. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – Thursday, July 23, 2020 – Bluerock

Ventures Corp. (the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a

private placement of up to 2,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.11 per common

share for gross proceeds of up to $275,000.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used for working capital purposes.

The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
