Vancouver B.C., January 29, 2026 – TARGET METALS CORP. (“Target” or the “Company”) (CSE: TARG) announces that, further to its news release dated January 22, 2026, it has closed a non-brokered private placement financing of 1,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company (each, a “Share”) at a price of $0.03 per Share, for gross proceeds of $30,000 (the “Offering”).

The proceeds from the Offering shall be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to applicable statutory hold period expiring on May 30, 2026. There were no finder’s fees payable in connection with the Offering.
