/CNW/ - Tajiri Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV: TAJ) is
has arranged a non-brokered private placement of units for proceeds of up to
CDN$60,000
. Each
unit will be priced at
$0.06
per unit and consist of one common share and one common share
purchase warrant, which will be exercisable into an additional common share of the Company at a
price of
$0.10
for a period of 36 months from the closing date. The offering will be open to all
existing shareholders and qualified investors with proceeds used for ongoing project work and
general working capital purposes. Fees may be paid on a portion of the offering.
